Ann Marie Clarke


Annie has spent over a decade working in the Fashion Industry, specialising in merchandising, growing major brands and running her own swimwear line. She’s appeared as an industry insider on BBC Woman’s Hour and has always championed Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, running mentoring programs during her time in Industry.

As a Black woman she uses her platform to elevate people from underrepresented groups into fulfilling careers where they can use their voice to effect much needed change. 

Ana Addai


With over 10 years of marketing and advertising experience across a diverse portfolio of companies, Ana has successfully navigated her career in a sector where constant change is prevalent. Specialising in digital marketing the co-founder has been an integral part in building European and U.S marketing strategies for highly reputable businesses.

A recognised contributor and lover of fashion, her ambition has been to change and influence the industry from the inside out. Through tackling racial inequality and pioneering a new strategic approach to Diversity and Inclusion.

Nneoma Ulu

PR & Communications Director

Nneoma is a senior communications expert with over 12 years’ experience building brands and using the power of communications to change consumer behaviour for some of the world’s biggest brands including Shell, Diageo and P&G. She believes that building strong internal and external comms strategies can unlock greater equality resulting in lasting change.

Nneoma is an active champion of D&I, participating in workplace mentoring schemes and supporting start-ups from the Black community to build their profile, increase visibility and cut through in predominantly white spaces.  

Taj Amani Foster

HR Consultant

Taj is a HR professional who brings generalist experience from global matrix multinational organisations. She is known for her professional and pragmatic approach to HR where she takes the latest best practice and translates it into workable and value added solutions.

With a keen interest in Diversity & Inclusion both professionally and personally, Taj strongly believes that HR plays an important role in influencing diversity and nurturing an inclusive environment.
